Joe Palzkill, VP Sales and Business Development

Joe joined Direct Tech in June 2007 as a customer consultant to provide implementation support and general business consulting to Direct Tech's customers. He now leads our Sales and Marketing efforts. His work experience includes 18 years at Lands’ End Direct Merchants, where he directed inventory management, merchandising and inventory systems, new customer acquisition, and the launch of Lands’ End’s subsidiary European business. In addition to his Lands’ End experiences, Joe has held roles as President of LifeSketch.com, a startup online scrapbooking company, Managing Partner of an inventory consulting company working with Nordstrom.com, and VP of Inventory Management at Duluth Trading Company. While at Duluth Trading Company, he was responsible for all demand planning and inventory management and led the selection and implementation of Forecast*21. Joe uses his industry experience and hands-on experience with Direct Tech applications to provide consultative selling to prospective new customers and continues to provide ad hoc consulting to Direct Tech customers.
