Direct Tech, Inc. offers a variety of services that are designed to help you fully utilize our products. Our team helps clients to implement these products and make changes in their business practice. A summary of these services is shown below.

Maintenance
All of the Direct Tech, Inc. products are offered with a maintenance agreement.  This provides for patches to your software and new releases. Direct Tech continues to add new features and deploys the latest technologies into their products to protect your software investment.

Training and Implementation
This is a critical element in the success of any new software installation.  Direct Tech has a training and implementation plan that provides everything you need for a successful implementation of out products.

Extended Support Services
Tailored support programs are available to provide for after-hours and/or weekend coverage.

Consulting Services
Custom development and business analysis assistance is available from our senior personnel. The development of a Standard Operating Procedure is an example of a vital service that we can provide to your company.

Incident Tracking
All new enhancement requests and bug reports are tracked in our Incident Tracking System. Each customer has access to our support site to log any issues or enhancement requests. You can view the notes, status, and other information regarding each Incident via the support website.

User Conference
The Direct Tech User Conference is an opportunity for users of all Direct Tech, Inc. products to gather and discuss functionality, enhancements, and features of these products. Participants leave with an increased working knowledge of their systems, learn more about other modules, provide direct input for future development, discover alternative methods of accomplishing the same tasks, and are able to network with their peers.

Oracle Services
A wide range of Oracle services are available. This includes installation of Oracle onto a hardware platform, database design, Oracle tuning, PL/SQL programming, and Database Administration. We also perform upgrades to newer database versions and rehosting the application on new hardware.
